Import Wizard
Origin's new Import Wizard provides visual feedback to assist you in importing one or more ASCII or Binary files into a worksheet or graph window.

Advanced options include the ability to extract header variables and specify plot designations.

You can save your import settings to a filter file. Later simply drag and drop your data files to create worksheets or data plots.

Themes
Now you can instantly change the look of a graph by applying a built-in or user-defined collection of formatting details, called a Theme. This is particularly useful when creating graphs for multiple publications since many have unique requirements.

A Theme Gallery allows you to choose, edit, and apply saved themes quickly and easily. Set a saved theme as the system theme so that any graph you create in the future will automatically display your theme’s settings.

COPY AND PASTE FORMAT
Copy any graph format settings and paste them onto another graph. For example, copy the axis label format of one axis and paste it onto another.
