Survival Analysis

Survival Analysis is widely used in the biosciences to quantify survivorship in a population under study. Origin includes two widely used tests - the Kaplan-Meier (product-limit) Estimator and the Cox Proportional Hazards Model. Pre-select your output options - reporting of results to the Results Log or an Origin worksheet or automatically plot a survival curve - and conduct your analyses at the click of a button. Reported Kaplan-Meier results include total values/censored values, survivorship by quartile, and upper and lower confidence limits. Cox Proportional Hazards results include total values/censored values, covariate parameter estimates, standard error, chi-square statistic, P value and hazard ratio.
