Open files from Microsoft® EXCEL, or Microsoft® Access, or any other database that has an ODBC driver (Windows only). Open Version 7 and Version 8 SAS® System data sets. Open SAS transport files.

We've even found a way to make importing text easier; the new Text Import Preview lets you define the delimiter, column names, and data types in advance so that you get the results you expect.
